CLAIM WHAT YOU’RE ENTITLED TO

Paying Too Much, or Worried About Claiming Too Much?

Most owners worry about one or the other. Jessica prepares your business return to claim what you are entitled to and to stand up if the IRS ever asks, the way a former IRS Revenue Agent would review it.

Your LLC name does not decide which return you file. Your federal tax classification, elections, and ownership do, so Jessica starts with last year’s return and your current structure.

Which Return Does Your Business File?

Sole Proprietors and Single-Member LLCs

Business income and expenses usually go on Schedule C with your personal Form 1040, unless the LLC elected to be taxed as a corporation. From $1,200, including your 1040.

S Corporations and Partnerships

These businesses file their own return and send K-1s to their owners. Jessica prepares the entity return and owner returns together. Package from $3,000. See the S corporation package

Other Business Classifications

If your business files a C corporation, trust, nonprofit, or other specialized return, ask during the fit call before sending documents.

5 out of 5 stars

“Found Jessica online, and so glad I did. She’s really supported my small business, even helping me transition from an LLC to an S-Corp. She’s always communicative and professional, and gives so much more of a personable experience than large firms. She has vast knowledge and even worked for the IRS. She knows her stuff. Highly recommend.”

“My taxes were a bit of mess when I found Jessica. Since working with her, I’ve felt so confident about how everything is structured now. I have an LLC S-corp so it’s not a easy task to get it straightened out but she managed it with ease. I can’t recommend her enough!”

Small Business Tax Questions

Which Return Does My LLC File?

A single-member LLC usually reports on Schedule C with your personal return. A multi-member LLC usually files a partnership return. An LLC that elected S corporation status files Form 1120-S. Jessica confirms your classification from last year’s return and IRS records.

How Much Does a Business Tax Return Cost?

Individual returns with a Schedule C start at $1,200, including your 1040. S corporation and partnership returns are a package starting at $3,000, including one or two owner returns. You get a fixed fee before work begins.

What If My Books Are Not Ready?

Jessica can bring your books current first through bookkeeping catch-up, quoted separately. Preparing a return from incomplete records leads to errors and delays.

Can You File an Extension?

Yes. An extension gives more time to file, not more time to pay. Jessica can estimate what you owe so a payment can go in with the extension.

Do You Prepare My Personal Return Too?

Yes. The Schedule C price already includes your 1040, and the S corporation package includes one or two owner returns.

Do You Handle Texas Franchise Tax?

Yes. Jessica files Texas franchise tax reports for businesses that must file one and can help with Texas sales tax on taxable services.

Can You Fix a Return Someone Else Prepared?

Yes. Jessica amends prior-year returns no matter who prepared them. An amended return is priced the same as preparing that return.
